Gary Hodge is renting a room from us _____________________Â Â Â ___________________Â at 10131 Olentangy St #5B, Houston, TX, 77075. He pays $725 per month for rent; which includes electricity, water and internet. This is a simple month to month agreement.
We had been splitting the electricity, water and internet cost at 10131 Olentangy between all 13 residents who rent rooms in the same building. We have made an exception with Gary Hodge to simplify his Medicaid application process.
The cost for electricity, water and internet usage  at 10131 Olentangy St. “averages out” to be $75 per month per each resident. Starting at the date of this Rental Agreement, the rent amount that Gary Hodge will be required to pay will increase from $650 to $725 to cover his electricity, water and internet usage.
